About Kelly Donahue

Education: In 2003, I graduated from Moore College of Art and Design. I graduated Magna Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree specializing in graphic design.

Professional Experience: I began working for Star Label Products shortly after graduation where I learned the intricate details of pre-press and production. I was offered and accepted a designer’s position with Pilla Creative Group in pursuit of a more creative career. While at Pilla Creative I took on such responsibilities as: design and production of commercial marketing pieces, conducting client creative briefs and presentations, as well as overseeing and directing photo shoots.

In 2005, I joined the creative team at Jack Hulme Design Consultants. My previous production and design experience allowed me to excel at designing environmental graphics as well as implementing wayfinding and signage programs. I was also responsible for the redesign of all internal marketing pieces.

Today I am the Creative Director at Phoenix Group where I oversee every aspect of the creative process. Some of the client’s I have worked with include; Comcast, American Express, Bentley Systems, V8, OnPath and SunGard. My experience, coupled with my attention to detail, has allowed me to implement our client’s vision from concept to completion.

In addition to my tasks as a Creative Director, I keep current with the industry by attending workshops and networking events within the Philadelphia design community, and as an active member of both Women In Cable Television and CTAM.
